The “Young Barristers”, in the preparation of monitoring process, addressed to the Chairman of the Constitutional Court, in June of 2013. The issues raised by the organization concerned the following circumstances regarding the case:
The organization will pay attention to the further analysis of the issues related to the property rights of the former high-ranking officials, as it is important to exclude political persecution in made decisions and all the branches of the government to obeythe rule of law
The organization appeals to the Parliament Bureau to discuss the behavior of Murman Dumbadze concerning the Adjara issue.
"Young Barristers" appeals to civil society groups to pursue a special legal responsibility when there is a high probability of their use for the purposes of the opposition.
