On May 25, 2015, the “Young Barristers” participated in the meeting of the non-governmental organizations, devoted to the introduction of the conditions,  proposed by Tbilisi City Council  to the residents  of the 4  problematic buildings within  Tbilisi  Sea area  of  Nadzaladevi District. As the Governor of  Nadzaladevi District, ZazaGabunia had stated during the meeting, the Government of Tbilisi is ready to transfer  the real estate for use to those families, who have  illegally entered and lived without relevant permission  in the buildings  # 204, #205, #225 and #226  in Tbilisi Sea area. During the time, while real estate is being renovated, the municipality provides them with temporary accommodation, allocating monthly 500 Gel as a rent compensation. The proposals of the Government of Tbilisi and Nadzaladevi District Municipality is   recorded in the draft decree and the decree itself will be officially published in few days.

„Nadzaladevi  District Municipality offers unprecedented proposal to the residents, unlawfully living in the mentioned buildings. In accordance with the decision, made by the Government of Tbilisi, these people  will be able to live in the stable and normal environment.” – stated ZazaGabunia after the meeting. Tbilisi sea area population have also got acquainted with the proposal of the local Government. 

The families have already been living  arbitrary in these buildings for 15 years, however the real estate represents property of the employees of the company “Metromsheni”.  The property owners demand eviction of the residents. Dispute between  private persons have been continued for over the years.

Nadzaladevi District Municipality has been paying rent for 11 families for several months. These families were evicted in late 2014.
