According to co-founder and chief-executive of the “Young Barristers” Archil Kaikatsishvili, many citizens have been charged with unjust fines due to “software confirmation failure”.
The “Young Barristers” protested the decision of Tbilisi City Court against “Liberty Bank” dated May 21 2014 in front of the head office of the bank.
Court has commenced proceedings to hear the case against “Liberty Bank” while National Bank is silent on an anti-constitutional contract of the monopolist bank.
Organization the “Young Barristers” demand implementation of new legal regulations and transparency of funds received from damaged and malfunctioning elevators in high rise buildings.
The organization will address Government of Georgia with a recommendation package in order to solve the issues of first aid medical problems and will request an effective decision-making on the issue.
The project will be implemented in the following dates: 05/05/2014 – 05/09.2014. The project will be implemented in frames of grant project of “Children and Youth Development Fund”.
The “Young Barristers” have been advocating the case of Irakli Kveladze since February 2013.
Organization the “Young Barristers” is ready to actively cooperate with governmental and self-governmental authorities in case they are interested to participate in implementing the amendments and detailed regulations.
The “Young Barristers” offers public explanations to the Business Association of Georgia on their web-site until May 7th 2014.
