The “Young Barristers” address the Parliament of Georgia and demand inclusion of more civil groups in discussion of the bill. The state must fulfill its obligations and pass bills concerning important challenges of the society.
The “Young Barristers” demand creation of other important judicial guarantees which will grant a party with a status of injured.
According to Archil Kaikatsishvili, the co-founder and chief-executive of the “Young Barristers”, the organization diverges from each approach and announcement degrading authority of the Georgian Army.
According to the statement, the amendments of year 2006 invalidated majority of compensations of those injured on April 9th 1989, among them concessions on gas, energy etc.
The chief executive of the “Young Barristers” Archil Kaikatsishvili says it is important for the Prime-minister to get acquainted with the issue as well.
