Social meeting arranged to be held at Tavisupleba (Freedom) Squire in May 27 in Tbilisi is unprecedented event in history of Georgian pre-election campaign that directly points on constitutional right of society to apply their civil right while implementation of political life of the country. In fact it is for the first time when the great part of civil society are gathered under the open sky in order to get acquainted with election program of political centre. Such activity of citizens should be discussed as the example of civil and political self-consciousness and this is in direct connection with authorization of people guaranteed by constitution of Georgia that should serve as pre-surrounding of people’s returning in the politics of Georgia. “People carry out their authorization by referendum and other forms of democracy by their representatives”. (Constitution of Georgia; article-5).

“Young Advocates” suppose the elections of 2012 as important stage in the development process of the country and express encouragement towards just and unrigged elections based on competitive, elective programs the main arbiter of which in any democratic country is – people.

Responsibility of people is very important for participating in the meeting held in May 27 as well as it is the obligation of the state to protect the legality of the meeting and security of freedom and the citizens will have a chance to use their own civil and political right with ease.
