“Young Barristers” demands, the Chamber of Control of Georgia to make relevant response to the recent actions of the Ministry of the Education and Science of Georgia, which contains voter’s buying before the election and implementation signs of political bribery by using administrative resources.

With the information of our organization, on the summer holiday of 2012, it is obligatory for the 25 000 bachelor participants of the employment program “summer job” to involve in the meetings and arrangements planned by the leader political party, though the leader party’s coordinators will decide the necessity of the participation in such meetings. On june 7 of 2012, the minister Dimitri Shashkini of education and science expressed a supposition to involve students in party’s actions,  when the minister introduced to the newly registered students the importance of the project and contractual conditions.the minister told students indirectly that the participants of the program will take part in various activities planned by the state,which subsequently led the activities of the regional coordinators of the leader party of Tbilisi and with the current information, the coordinators received a task that on the first stage they should  describe the number of socially unprotected students.For reminding, the imployment program of student will act from 20 june until 20 august and the salary of each student will be 500 lari, there is 12.million lari allocated for the project from the state budget.

For “Young Barristers”,it is known about one more fact, connected on the action made by the ministry, concretely in the beginning of June, almost every school of the capital will be accrued about 5000-1000lari from the state budget, this given amount is fully reflected on the teachers supplement. On the teacher’s interest-if what was connected accrued supplement of salary , almost all the administrations proved the fact in order  to increase the motivations of the schools.The teachers of Mtatsminda public school reported mentioned information to the organization.

“Young Barristers” represent two requirements- the ministry of the education and science to make public the contract conditions of students’ employment program and to make explanations about the accrued 10.000 lari for the public schools in Tbilisi., concretely what means motivation, which is expressed in salary supplement and the second- the chamber of control of Georgia to evaluate these two mentioned fact existed in the system of education.

“Young Barristers” send notifications to the Interagency commission about the violation  and prevention of election laws by public servants existing at the National Security Council.we consider that there is election code, article 47 ( bribery of voters), article 48 (prohibition of using administrative resourses during pre-election agitation) and  alleged violation of article 49 (budgetary funds, a ban on the use of official position and office). Also alleged violation of the law of Georgia  article 26 -“about civil political unions”.(Financial and material donations are prohibited by state bodies and organizations)
