The organization "Young Barristers", based on its high professional and civil responsibility, fully shares the recommendations of the World Heal Organization and Inter-Agency Coordination Council of the Government of Georgia and to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), from March 13 to March 23 switches to the remote mode of operation.
The organization's lawyers will continue to fulfill their professional duties remotely, and the organization will continue to communicate with the public, with citizens and clients remotely. Moreover, there are plenty of cases presented in the court, as well as, the court hearing dates are already determined. Unless the Georgian Judiciary System decides to postpone the hearings, the lawyers in charge of the case will still perform their professional duties.
