On February 11th, 2022, Archil Kaikatsishvili, the head of non-governmental organization “Young Barristers, a businessman Stanislav Sazhini and his lawyer Ilia Makharadze, will hold a joint press conference and disclose scandalous files – Due to a secret agreement with the other party to the dispute, LEPL Atipfund Georgia and their administrative officer of a specific department falsified the resolution part of the court decision, initiated proceedings for the businessman's arrest, and the Supreme Court of Georgia suspended the enforcement process on January 31st and sent the case to the prosecutor's office.
The facts that will be revealed at the press conference are described as "unbelievable" by the "Young Barristers." The unlawful acts committed by the so-called Care Agency have outraged the court. "The Chamber clarifies that the common courts make decisions on behalf of Georgia, and the obligations to upon and enforce the resolution part of the decision are ensured across Georgia. Only the court has the authority to modify the resolution part of a decision."- we read in the legal document prepared by the court. At the press conference, detailed information about the suspected criminal activities, the names of the fraudsters, and other significant details will be revealed.
