Non-governmental organization the “Young Barristers” ask prosecutor’s office to hasten seeking of justice by investigating accusations made against former minister of defense David Kezerashvili and demand setting a judicial responsibility issue of members of former political ruling team. This was announced by the head of organization Archil Kaikatsishvili at a briefing of January 15th 2014.
“A process of seeking justice means hastening investigation of activities of former ranked officers and making a decision in a timed and proper manner. Information published in “Alia” is alarming, according to which, one of the ranked officers of Mikheil Saakashvili – David Kezerashvili, is accused of various felonies. These are serious conditions and facts. We believe, that prosecutor’s office must respond adequately to an abovementioned problem. It must start seeking justice by investigating a case of David Kezerashvili. Furthermore, the newspaper is ready to hand all the documents it possesses to the prosecutor’s office”, - says Archil Kaikatsishvili.
