The organization ''Young Barristers’’ positively estimates the presented changes which are received by accelerated order and new Emigration politics reform from State's side in Georgia's law act: '' about legal state of foreign national and non-citizen''
According to “Young Barrister'-s' lawyer's, Levan Beradze's, statement, it is inevitable that Georgia must bring in new Visa Regulations, which will severe the condition existing till today. Legislative initiative implies the foreigner’s presentation of additional documents, new terms of staying in the country and the deportation order. It is important, that in Georgia, during the visa simplification negotiation process with European Union, after the Visa regime liberalization’s operative plan's affirmation from February, 2013, Emigration Politics will become a routine. According to organization’s evaluations, by presented changes, Government will start the real implementation of an associative treaty.
During the creation of new emigration politics, ''Young Barristers'' appeal to Georgia's Legislative and Executive authorities, to accelerate two important decisions:
- To accelerate the creation of the migration services, that will be responsible and authorized during the new emigration politics’ realization process.
- To prepare improved statistical base, which will ensure the exact illegal migrants' data and help to rule Government's spheres effectively.
''Young Barristers'' also responds to the process of building the illegal migrants' center, and the fact, that during the new visa regime process, it is entitled as the important side of reform.
It is also to be noted, that from one country, during the visitor's flow monitoring, in just about one year time, In Georgia meditated more than 7 thousand entries from foreign countries, which have not left the state. Accordingly, severed deportation system and new Visa regime establishment with some countries, gives Georgia an opportunity, not to be illegals' transit country and create more guaranties about the state's safety. By current condition, it is possible to enter Georgia without Visa from more than 77 countries. Also, much higher is the amount of the countries, which receive Visa with the simplified order, mostly, buying the visa with for cheap price. Thus, new emigration politics is essential for country’s national interests’ defense.
''Young Barristers'' greet Government's political will, in which the incoming foreigner flows' rights will be regulated on the jurisdictional level. Illegal migrants' deportation will also be regulated by law. We consider, that Visa liberalization’s operative plan is founded on the effective legislative determination, by which the state of Georgia takes responsibility, during the reformation process , to secure four basic principles: Documented safety, including Biometric passports, the integrative rule of the border and shelter politics, public order and safety, Foreign Affairs and the defense of Human Rights.
