The organization “Young Barristers” address Tbilisi City Hall with recommendation proposal and calls to solve the problems posed in the city in reasonable time period. The organization, after thorough study and analysis, presented the issues and for further reaction, sent it to new government of Tbilisi.

The lawyer of “Young Barristers”, Nino Isakadze states, that it is important for Tbilisi City Hall to pay attention to the problematic issues accumulated during past years and which was not solved by the former mayor of the city. The organization, according to this issue, is addressing to new mayor, Davit Narmania and requests:  

1. To start working on general plan of developing the city and to create strategic document, which will determine new principles of development of Tbilisi,
2. To make immediate decisions on on-going construction permit policy in Tbilisi, to change and severe current law, for new constructions to submit to modern standards, 
3. To reviews active transport policy in the city, which does not coincide with public demands,
4. To review the contract between city hall and “Tbilisi Minibus” Ltd., to form analysis of execution of the contract, establish the issue of tender’s transparency, according to which, “Tbilisi Minibus” Ltd. Has exclusive authority over city’s transport policy,
5. To review and make accessible for public the contract between city hall and C.T.PARK, and on the basis of analysis, to exterminate the contract with the company,
6. To start new regulation in the city concerning lift services, which includes indication of legitimacy of income from “Lift Case”. For city hall to introduce new way of payment of lift services with cards, approved by foreign experiences
7. For Tbilisi City Hall to create a commission, which will study releasing of employees for discriminating and political reasons durin 2003-2014, and react accordingly.
8. Tbilisi City Hall should study one of the important mistakes originated from former administration – “KIndergarden Case", ”ccording to which, in 2007, for optimization of city kindergardens, many qualified employees were released.

„Young Barristers“, during the process of reforms, to share the experience with the new administration of Tbilisi City Hall. The organization also proposes to start a dialogue with Tbilisi local government and city mayor.
