Tbilisi City Hall will take into consideration the recommendation of the organization “Young Barrsiters.” Like it is transmitted in the written response from the City Hall to the ogranization, in the program of Mayor David Narmania "Together for a Better Tbilisi", which is crucial for the development of the capital, a special attention is paid to relationship with the public, cooperation with non-governmental and public sector.

“To solve the problems and for the development of Tbilisi, NGO proposals and initiatives of each citizen are necessary. Regarding this, your own approach to solve these problems are important, which is reflected in the recommendation of “Young Barrsiters” to the municipal government, which we believe will be considered by the government of the city” – said in the letter.

For more information, the "Young Barristers" sent recommendations to the City Hall on August 7, 2014, requested to make decisions and solve the problems facing the state and city within a reasonable time. The organization asked the following issues to be solved:

• To start the development of general plan of the city and prepare a strategic document that defines the new principles of urban development;
• To be made urgent decisions in the current construction permit policy, change and tighten existing rules, in order new constructions to be subjected to the construction industry recognized standards;
• The review of current transport policy, which does not meet the actual challenges and demands of the society;
• Review the agreement between Tbilisi City Hall and Ltd “Tbilisi MINIBUS.” Prepare an analysis of the performance of the contract terms and conditions, determine the transparency of the tender, by which the company "Tbilisi MINIBUS" had given the exclusive authority transport policy implementation in the capital;
• Review and made publicly available a contract between the government and the company C.T.PARK and based on the analysis, terminate the contractual relationship with the company,
• Come into force the new regulations in the capital about the service of elevators, which means to determine the legality of the income received. To introduce a new lift travel card system by the Tbilisi City Hall, which is approved in several European countries experience.
