By initiative of the organization “Young Barristers” conducted the sociological survey of the population of Tbilisi. The survey is on the issue: “Institutional Trust Rates in the Community - 2014", which, also included the determination of attitudes towards the protection of democracy and human rights.
In the sociological survey of the “Young Barristers”, citizens were asked to name the institution to which they trusted (government, parliament, the president, the judiciary, civil society, political parties, the bank sector, the media sector, the diplomatic corps, the Patriarchate). In addition, the question was which one they would choose to strengthen in the future as a priority. The question dealt with the quality of the human rights and democracy in 2014, in Georgia. Citizens answered the question, about ongoing reforms assessment. Also, respondents answered question about the public attitude towards the country's foreign policy.
The “Ypung Barristers” conducted the sociological survey in three parts of Tbilisi - Rustaveli Avenue, Saakadze Square and Agmashenebeli str. Survey respondents were selected at random. 700 citizens took part in the survey.
The “Young Barristers” will present the results of sociological survey conducted in Tbilisi, on December 23 to the society. The survey was prepared under an independent initiative of the organization.
The process of the sociological survey was managed by the main sociologist of the organization - Nino Ghachava.
