Co-founder and chief-executive of the “Young Barristers” - Archil Kaikatsishvili was named as the best young human rights defender of 2014 year by the newspaper “Banks and Finances”.

Similar type of surveys to reveal the man of the year is being conducted by the newspaper “Banks and Finances" since 1999, the man of the year, in this year Archil Kaikatsishvili took position between the top twenty place of “2014 Man of the Year".

This is not the first recognition of the organization, the organization by the decision of Children and Youth Development Foundation was nominated as “the most active non-governmental organization of 2014”. In addition, Archil Kaikatsishvili became the new Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Human Rights Committee of the Parliament of Georgia.

Activities of the “Young Barristers” in 2014 were fairly active and productive and these activities will be summarized on the presentation of the Annual Report by the organization today at 18:00 at Hotel Vere Palace.
