The organization “Young Barristers” publishes the information about communication issue between citizens and the Administration of the President of Georgia. By the condition of December 10, 2014, 19595 citizens applied to the Administration of the President regarding various issues, which compared to last years, is a much lower indicator. From here, the Administration of the President discussed and completed proceedings to the 12499 appeals, and 4205 citizens were sent a response letters. According to reports, in the Administration of the President, in 2014, 7096 citizens registered appeals are still in preparation and review stage.

On the basis of the information requested by the "Young Barristers", during 2010-2014 years, in total, more than 152.298 citizens have applied to the Administration of the President of Georgia. Information about the number of applications registered by the years is as following: 2013 year - 42682, 2012 year - 38466, 2011 year - 23927, 2010 year - 27628. In addition, throughout 2014, 4 administrative complaints was filed towards the Administration of the President of Georgia regarding the annulment of the decrees of the President of Georgia, also about declaring purchase agreements and public registry records void. All four administrative complaints were returned to the authors without review and were explained that with the requested issues they should apply to the Court.

The “Young Barristers” published the results of the monitoring on the issue: “"Citizens in the public policy process of the government in 2014" and among those interested in the issue of the relationship between citizens and the Administration of the President of Georgia .The goal of the monitoring was to examine publicity of the relationship between citizens and ministries, to determine the ratios of the application of citizens towards public agencies, analysis of ministries responses, statistics and solution rate of administrative complaints. The organization, in this regard, addresses to the Administration of the President on 8 December 2014, however, the correspondence department of the Administration of the President, responded to the required information in violation of the established period for obtaining public information by the Georgian General Administrative Code.
