The organization “Young Barristers” has moved on cabinet government system from 28 January, 2015. According to the new charter of the organization, a new stage started for the internal-development activities.
Management line has changed. The organization, instead of autocratic governance of the foundation board, will be lead be the chief-executive selected for the two year term. Chief-executive forms the cabinet (the team), who is accountable to the Founding Board and with respect to all other third parties. The Founding Board takes decision regarding the determination of activities of the organization, which is led and carried out by the chief-executive. The Charter specified the forms of activity, mission and involvement of the organization. The rule of composition of the Advisory Council of the organization has moved to the authority of the Founding Board, which is significant democratic institution for the functioning of the organization. New charted specified the case of conflict of interests in the activities of the organization.
Structural and organizational changes in the “Young Barristers” have been undertaken in the organization for the news and the effective implementation of the activities. The organization will present the new team to the public from February.
