With participation of organization “Young Barristes” lawyers, for the promotion and development of the lawyers’ profession and new standards, new legal brand:”Kaikatsishvili and Barristers” has been founded.The aim of the organization is to make legal services available for all citizens regardless social status and offer the society new standards of advocacy activities,that will change practical attitudes among parties in the representative relationships.
By the statement of “Young barristres” chief-executive,at the same time the founder of legal company ,Archil Kaikatsishvili,the main goal of the lawyers of new generation is that legal services in the country were founded on the best interests of client,by means of true trust and open strategies of the proceedures between parties during the proceedings.
The main value of the company will be the protection of client’s best interests and in regard with it,the change of exsistig practice in the field of representative ralationships.The company will be oriented on disputes of precedental nature.Legal cases on the rights to property,disputes over contract law ,disputes resulted from the laboar relationships are going to be preferred.
