The organization was invited to the presentation, arranged by the Company “2X2”, on the introduction of the new service in the buying and selling real estate. The presentation was held on December 8, 2015 in Tbilisi Event Hall. During the presentation, the heads of the company urged, that the Company is innovative and is new for the Georgian market and it can bring lots of benefits to the Georgian society. 

According to the company, there has been no auction, oriented on brokers so far. Such mechanisms however is much more flexible in terms of adjusting prices to the demands. If there is a lack of demand, the price goes down and vice versa. Nowadays, if someone is willing to sell the house, he/she is not able to sell it through the auction. The only way is to make an announcement through media or internet and inform the broker. The companies - “ebay”, “Amaon” and others were also created through the auctions. The new auctions offers to the consumers the product, which is new to the Georgian market. Such products are “Installments”, “Short sale” and “Descending Auction”. An auction is descending, when the prices are increasing or decreasing on the ground of the demand. As for the “Short Sale”, it gives opportunity to the seller, to sell real estate in a very short period of time, e.g. for 4 or 5 days. The term of an ordinary auction is 2 weeks, while in case of “Short Sale”, the auction term is only 2 days and the terms for payment – 5 days.
