Organization Young Barristers requires more transparency and enlargement of competence of the special committee reviewing cases of persons dismissed for political reasons from Resource Centers and public schools.
The “Young Barristers” address future candidates of Tbilisi Mayoral Elections with an offer to create a committee of those dismissed on political grounds, stating that a proper investigation of the case is of the essence.
“Young Barristers” demands, the Chamber of Control of Georgia to make relevant response to the recent actions of the Ministry of the Education and Science of Georgia, which contains voter’s buying before the election and implementation signs of political bribery by using administrative resources.
“Young Barristers” assesses the fact of setting Levan Kikvidze- history and state and citizenship teacher at # 51 G. Tabidze Public school - free as direct interference and discrimination of liberty expression and will protect teachers’ rights at any stage.
