A human rights protector organization the “Young Barristers” successfully won another case in Supreme Court of Georgia.
Denys Bugai was arrested on March 21st 2014. He has been accused of professional activities without compliance with law. The Ukrainian lawyers speak about infringement of norms which occurred during the arrest.
The "Young Barristers" join an announcement of Georgian alliance of Criminal Law Reforms demanding an immediate reaction on death of a prisoner.

The organization also pays attention to conditions which hinder the dependence of court and states, that there have been attempts by the head of Supreme Court of Georgia – Mr. Kote Kublashvili of interference in famous cases
