The organization “Young Barristers” addresses to the Ministry of Finance of Georgia to study the issue of good faith of gambling activities and focuses on the protection of consumer rights in the country.
According to the statement of lawyer of the “Young Barristers” – Ana Kiknadze, almost all of the dispute process the judges violate the law, when making decision cannot be established in accordance with the procedural terms for adjudication of disputes.
The “Young Barristers” remarks, that the dispute with administrative body by its content, goes beyond the legal reasoning and makes know for the society the fact of issuing fake certificates by the former Minister of Education and Science of Georgia - Dimitri Shashkini.
The organization “Young Barristers” held a meeting with the civil society in the Center for Civic Engagement in Batumi, and presented the research on the case of illegally deprived property of Roland Bladadze in Adjara afret the “Rose Revolution”.
Tbilisi City Court will resume the dispute on the lawsuit of the “Young Barristers” towards the director of “Tabula” - Tamar Chergoleishvili on November 12 , 2014, 16:00.
