The Parliament of Georgia instructed to the Ministry of Finance to discuss and present a position on the proposal of the “Young Barristers”. The organization on 26 November 2014, appealed to the Executive and Legislative authorities with the recommendation to discuss the issue of a tax amnesty on the crimes committed before December 31, 2012.
By initiative of the organization “Young Barristers” conducted the sociological survey of the population of Tbilisi.
Award to the “Young Barristers” was given by the Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia, Levan Khipiani and managers of the Foundation.
The Council of Europe responses to the research published in October 2014 by the “Young Barristers”, according to which the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Giorgi Papuashvili lives in illegally deprived house in Adjara after the “Rose Revolution”
The organization “Young Barristers” positively evaluates the proposal of the President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili, to discuss the issue of effective implementation process of Association Agreement with the EU and substantional package with NATO, in order to eximine the inviolability of the country's foreign policy.
According to statement of Archil Kaikatsishvili, lifting of "classified top secret” on the case is acceptable, since more openness of the case will make the ability to make the process transparency and will increase public confidence towards of decision-making institutitons.
The organization “Young Barristers”, regarding the high public interest, makes public the information which gives rise to new circumstances on the case of high-ranking officials’ arrest of the Ministry of Defence of Georgia.
According to the statement of lawyer of the “Young Barristers” – Ana Kiknadze, almost all of the dispute process the judges violate the law, when making decision cannot be established in accordance with the procedural terms for adjudication of disputes.
